Located on the Surrey-Delta border at the intersection of Scott Road and 84th Avenue, we are across the road from BC Biomedical Lab and Coast Capital Savings Bank. You will find us in the plaza beside Church’s Chicken. Our clinic is in an easily accessible ground-floor unit. Parking is free, and we are close to a bus stop.
Your Active Rehabilitation Sessions
On your first visit, you will have a full evaluation of your pain and symptoms. We then use this information to devise a treatment plan to suit you. We will work closely with you so you have a fast and safe return to the activities that you enjoy the most.
We encourage patients to bring shorts, suitable clothes and, when appropriate, trainers.
